Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

You are sure to be the hit of the party with this recipe, it's not every day someone shows up to a potluck with a seafood dish!
This is a great choice for a barbecue or family reunion.
Ingredients:
1 pound little yellow potatoes (or red potatoes if you prefer)
3 ears of corn each cut into 6 pieces
1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Cajun seasoning: 1 tablespoon
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (get the raw, uncooked shrimp)
Who doesn't love a meatballs? We know that meatballs are always a staple at any potluck attend.
Take boring old meatballs to the next level with this recipe for Baked Buffalo Chicken Meatballs.
This appetizer is so easy to make - and tastes truly great!
Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 cup of hot sauce
3 green onions, sliced (and a little extra to garnish)
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add all the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined in a large bowl.
Begin taking tablespoon amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
Put balls in a cast iron pan.
Place the pan in the oven for 20 minutes.
Once the meatballs are fully cooked, remove from them from oven and drizzle with extra hot sauce and sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
