Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility:

    This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

  2. Sweepstakes Period:

    The sweepstakes begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of each month. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, participants must provide their name and email address through the designated entry form on the Free.ca website. Limit one entry per person.

  3. Prize:

    One winner will receive a $100 gift card to a retail store of Free.ca's choosing. The gift card is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  4. Winner Selection:

    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selection will be conducted within 7 business days of the end of the sweepstakes period.

  5. Notification:

    The winner will be notified within 7 days of the sweepstakes completion. The winner will be notified via email and will be required to respond within 7 business days of receipt of the email. If the winner fails to respond, another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

  6. Publicity:

    By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to allow Free.ca to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    Free.ca is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the administration of the sweepstakes, or for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

  8. Disputes:

    Any dispute arising from or relating to the sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.

  9. Compliance with Laws:

    This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  10. Official Rules:

    The official rules of the sweepstakes are available on the Free.ca website and may be obtained by sending a request to the email address specified on the website.

  11. Endorsement:

    This sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by any of the third parties reflected on this website. The product names, logos, brands and trademarks shown are the property of the rightful owners.

  12. Winner's List:

    The name of the winner will be available on Free.ca website recent winners list here once the winner has been notified and has accepted their prize.
